Support Quality Systems, Food Safety Policies, Procedures and practices involved in the manufacturing process • Perform and/or Observe Line processing checks on packaging lines at required frequencies • Collect Line samples for Customer send out and lab • Point of contact for quality concerns with production and lab • Assist in all investigations, customer, root cause, etc • Internal auditing, GMP, Glass-Plastic, document audits, etc • Master Sanitation checks • Input repair orders and follow up for completion as needed • Assist with HOLDS, paperwork, Ross transactions, E mail communications • Ensure product is segregated • Review of re-work from holds prior to release • Pull ingredients samples/ run testing for product identity • Environment monitoring temperatures and humidity • Other duties as assigned.
