Beyond our Park Ridge headquarters, we maintain by-appointment locations across the Chicago Loop, Deerfield, Oak Brook, Oak Lawn, Schaumburg, Crystal Lake, and Vernon Hills - giving us broad reach across Cook, Lake, and DuPage counties and a real presence throughout Chicagoland. This role is responsible for examining title search packages for residential real estate transactions, preparing accurate title commitments, and providing closing support and customer service to attorneys, lenders, and agents.
