The Business Analyst/Document Specialist collects, organizes, authors, and edits information required for preparation of IT projects, user manuals, training materials, installation guides, application documentation, briefings, reports, training plans, and, related system documentation for assigned programs. • Ability to work with all types of customers to understand, document, and produce a multitude of final products supporting IT project management, technical system documentation, leadership presentations, and general program documentation.
