Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, construction management, data analytics, geography/GIS, urban planning, public administration, business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field. Six (6) years of experience required in Civil Engineering infrastructure program administration, public works maintenance, or asset management, including three years of management or supervisory experience in municipal or county government.
