Provides leadership and oversight for project prioritization, resource allocation, contractor utilization, and work planning activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with required functionality, specifications, and business objectives. Oversees construction readiness activities to ensure projects are properly planned and prepared for execution, including verification of construction package completeness, material availability and staging, permit acquisition, utility locates, and coordination of internal and external resources.
