The right candidate must be comfortable managing technicians, reviewing diagnoses, diagnosing vehicles, speaking with customers, selling repairs, preparing estimates and invoices, and keeping the shop operating efficiently from opening through closing. We are looking for someone with strong automotive diagnostic knowledge, leadership ability, customer service and sales skills, and previous experience helping run an independent automotive repair shop .
