The Director of Clinical Education also leads a team of educators responsible for training and in-service programs, ensuring clinical leaders and staff remain certified and proficient in providing high quality care. This position collaborates with academic institutions, clinical departments, and other stakeholders to align clinical education programs with organizational goals and regulatory requirements so that employees are fully equipped to provide service excellence to our residents.
