The Workforce Development Coordinator supports workforce development initiatives across WGNSTAR and ABM's Semiconductor business, with primary responsibility for apprenticeship program coordination, learning management system (LMS) administration, talent mobility initiatives, and employee development programs. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leaders to build scalable talent pipelines, support career pathway programs, maintain learning systems, and track program effectiveness.
