<ul><li>Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures</li><li>Oversee all construction activities, specific to assigned discipline, on assigned project</li><li>Construct the project and work with the management team to maximize the profit of the project</li><li>Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines, including development plans and training requirements</li><li>Keep Construction Manager II/III informed of overall construction activity progress & performance along with monitoring and review of construction key performance indicators</li><li>Cooperate with all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times</li><li>Act as a role model for the company’s vision and values, behaving in ways that are in alignment with the company’s ways of working while encouraging other to do so as well</li><li>Promote equality in the workplace and adopt appropriate behavior when interacting with colleagues</li><li>Take necessary care to properly protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate information from unauthorized disclosure, modification or destruction</li><li>Build, Supervise & lead teams</li><li>Communicate effectively with crew leads on goals and expectations</li><li>Ensure the Foremen manage crews and subcontractors to provide a safe work environment</li><li>Manage the Foremen with the CM II/III to facilitate and environment for all Foreman and crews to work in a respectful, constructive and positive environment</li><li>Manage the construction package elements of the procurement process</li><li>Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget and other established metrics</li><li>Care for and sustain business relationships with multiple clients</li><li>Work with the CM II/III to ensure Client expectations are being met, along with the agreement and scope of work</li><li>Build and maintain a relationship with Client Site Representatives to ensure open communication and trust</li><li>Ensure all work in assigned discipline is done to the company Safety and Quality standards</li><li>Be proactive in equipment management, preventing equipment damages and planning of equipment resources</li><li>Complete personnel administrative tasks in a timely manner; expectation documents, performance management, task planners, employee change forms, etc.</li><li>Work closely with the Field Operations team on resource management to ensure we have the right people on the project at the right times to drive project profitability</li><li>Support Business Development, Estimating and Preconstruction efforts as needed</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Construction Manager I Qualifications & Compensation:<ul><li>Compensation $102,000-$130,000 / year, commensurate with experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree (B.
