Required Qualifications: ACLS, BLS, WI or compact RN license, minimum of 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty, CVICU experience, knowledge of NextStage CVVH machine, experience with Port management, arterial line care, chest tube procedures, ventilator management, and various cardiovascular monitoring techniques. The ICU Ohio (Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular) nurse is responsible for providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients requiring intensive cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, transplant, and medical device support.
