The VP will play a critical role in shaping asset allocation strategy and ensuring fiduciary excellence. Key Responsibilities Capital Structure & Capital Markets<ul><li>Manage and optimize a highly leveraged debt capital structure, including term loans, bonds, revolving credit facilities, and associated covenants.</li><li>Lead strategic evaluation of refinancing, restructuring, and new financing opportunities to support the company’s long‑term strategy.</li><li>Monitor market conditions to advise senior leadership on cost of capital, leverage metrics, and capital structure improvements.</li></ul>Cash, Liquidity & Risk Management<ul><li>Oversee enterprise‑wide cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.</li><li>Ensure robust treasury controls, efficient global cash operations, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage interest rate risk, including hedging strategies, derivative usage, and scenario modeling.</li></ul>Banking, Investor & Rating Agency Relationships<ul><li>Serve as primary relationship manager with commercial banks, administrative agents, trustees, and other financial counterparties.</li><li>Lead ongoing engagement with rating agencies, preparing materials, presenting financial strategy, and maintaining transparency and credibility.</li></ul>Insurance & Risk Financing<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the company’s insurance programs, including property, casualty, cyber, and other corporate risk lines.</li><li>Evaluate risk exposure and secure adequate coverage aligned with enterprise risk management priorities.</li></ul>Retirement Plans & Investment Committee Leadership<ul><li>Chair the Retirement Plans Investment Committee, overseeing governance, investment policy, asset allocation, manager selection, and performance monitoring for defined benefit, defined contribution, and other retirement plans.</li><li>Ensure all fiduciary responsibilities are executed with prudence, compliance, and long‑term financial stewardship.</li></ul>Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, providing forward‑looking financial insights and recommendations.</li><li>Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, and Legal to support forecasting, M&A evaluations, cash deployment, and contract structuring.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing treasury team with a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field required; MBA, CFA, or CTP certification preferred.</li><li>15+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets, ideally within complex, highly leveraged environments.</li><li>Deep expertise in debt financing, liquidity management, risk management, and banking/investor relations.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership managing multi‑billion‑dollar balance sheet and capital structure decisions.</li><li>Experience overseeing retirement plan investments and serving on or leading an investment committee strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the executive presence to influence internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>US Citizenship</li></ul>

Target Salary Range:
$190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Position Summary:
The Reception and Operations Administrative Assistant is a cross-functional support role, working as a key communication link with CFR staff, members, speakers, applicants, event managers, and visitors, and provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Finance team. In addition to traditional reception tasks, the Reception and Operations Administrative Assistant works under the direction of the Deputy Director, Operations on administrative assistance for the Finance team as well as supporting administrative work for other teams as needed.This is an on-site role in the Washington, DC office five days per week.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as one of the principal first contact points at CFR’s DC office for all visitors and incoming phone calls, using discretion to screen incoming phone calls and requests from callers, including the media,</li><li>Greet visitors, staff, members, and guests to CFR DC, supporting a welcoming yet highly professional atmosphere and providing excellent customer service to internal and external constituents,</li><li>Assist the Senior Reception Services and Security Operations Manager with ongoing tasks such as scheduling staff headshots; distributing ID badges; maintaining a working knowledge of building occupancy levels; coordinating access for visiting staff(including booking workspace and ensuring badge information is current within the building access system), operating the visitor management system (Envoy) and familiarity with procedures and technology; and assisting with scheduling and tracking of various staff trainings or mandatory certification programs,</li><li>Assisting as needed with day-of coordination of Council meetings, including checking in and handling special requests from meeting attendees, creating and posting the daily agenda, and working with facilities and events staff during the function,</li><li>Provide scheduling and administrative task support to the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer as well as other senior Finance Team members, including expense report submissions, document preparation, tracking tasks and deadlines, meeting coordination, and some travel booking,</li><li>Provide administrative task support to the Chief Legal Officer, including invoice processing and expense reports,</li><li>Provide general administrative assistance as assigned by the Deputy Director, Operations to teams across CFR,</li><li>Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.  </li></ul>

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience<ul><li>High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>A minimum of 2 years' related administrative experience in a high profile and fast-paced organization; reception experience strongly preferred</li></ul>Related Skills & Other Requirements<ul><li>Demonstrable success in customer facing roles, with a keen focus on providing a welcoming and customer-friendly environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills</li><li>Effective problem-solving capabilities; ability to anticipate patterns and links and to look beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.</li><li>Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook</li><li>Flexibility and positive, team-player attitude</li><li>Strong business writing and proofreading skills</li><li>Outstanding punctuality and attendance</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, evenings, and an occasional weekend.</li></ul>

Compensation and Benefits:
