without assistance, able to push and pull up to 150lbs, Possess sufficient strength to tie down a load properly; • Motion- Able to sit for long periods of time while driving, able to grip with hands, able to climb onto and down from the trailer; • Vision/Hearing Requirements - Driver would need to have the ability to read road signs and judge distances; • Work Environment - Able to drive long hours and work in all weather conditions; • Emotional Demands - Employee expected to make quick decisions, employee must be comfortable working alone; • Safety: This is a safety sensitive position as it requires to follow all State and Federal DOT regulations. • Must be at least 25 years of age; • Must have a valid Class A CDL License with a good driving record; • Must have at least 2 years of recent OTR verifiable tractor trailer experience (Roll-Off or Flatbed preferred); • Compliance with state and federal DOT rules and regulations; • Engaging personality with a stable work history; • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers; • Attention to detail with driver's paperwork; • Prefer a current TWIC; • Be able to climb onto and down from the trailer; • Possess sufficient strength to tie down a load properly.
