JOB SUMMARY: Home Tutor Instructors support the Shelton School Districts Strategic Plan and School Improvement Plans by providing instructional and supportive assistance to students with educational needs due to conditions that require the student to be taught at home. This includes communication with the students teacher(s) and obtaining current curriculum assignments, supporting the completion of academic and related classwork missed, working with individual students, keeping records and student data, and proctoring of assessments.
