p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education and Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or other related field; and,
Two to four years experience in work requiring considerable public contact and attention to detail, and involving use of computers; or,
Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job. After initial new employee enrollment, changes in benefit selections are only allowed during the group re-opening period just prior to each plan year, within 30 days of a birth, adoption, death, marriage, divorce, a change in the employment status of the employee or employee's spouse or within 60 days of a loss of Medicaid coverage or loss of coverage under the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
