Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systemsTrack and support fleet management data, including vehicle/equipment utilization, assignments, and reporting to improve operational visibility and efficiencyIdentify process gaps and opportunities for improvement; assist in implementing scalable workflow automations. Working across platforms including Smartsheet, Excel, SAP, and Procore, the coordinator helps build and maintain an integrated reporting infrastructure that enables efficient data flow, supports decision-making, and enhances operational performance across cross-functional teams.
