Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, underwriting, clinical, Rx, sales, and account management teams to gather requirements, strategize on outcomes, and finalize deliverables; facilitate departments adherence and support of timely corporate initiatives, related stop loss renewal processes. Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end renewal initiatives, including ongoing renewal review and change processes, lead sales and underwriting to executive directed outcomes, develop and support process improvements, and apply organizational-driven changes.
