Conditions include: CHF, strict I&Os, SVT, a-fib, a-flutter, NSTEMI, coronary artery disease, COPD exacerbations, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia, pleural effusions with thoras, respiratory failure, acute and chronic kidney failure, altered mental status, metabolic/electrolyte abnormalities, DM, and anemia. Unit Culture: If a candidate does not meet one of the following criteria but demonstrates strong clinical performance, manager will review and consider case by case: years of experience, one successful travel assignment, strong Cerner experience, minimal/no early contract RTO.
