Primary tasks will involve but are not limited to site sourcing, financial analysis, market analysis, conducting due diligence, entitlements, design management, zoning and land use analysis, permitting, communication with brokers, investors, lenders, community members, city officials, zoning attorneys and third party consultants, and any other task that is deemed necessary for the success of the company. The right candidate should be a motivated student studying Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Urban Planning, Engineering, or Construction who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a problem solver, has a positive and doer attitude, and has a passion for real estate development.
