In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution of virtual care programs, partnering with internal stakeholders, strategic vendors, and healthcare providers to support successful implementation and ongoing performance. In this role, you will: Manage day-to-day operations across Blue Shield's virtual care portfolio, including virtual primary care, specialty care, behavioral health, women's health, healthcare navigation, and other vendor-enabled programs.
