In addition, this role leads AVBGC-wide volunteer coordination efforts by recruiting volunteers, interns, 1:1 aides, and other approved third-party providers; ensuring all required onboarding steps are completed; and coordinating appropriate placement at Club sites based on organizational needs. The Coordinator works closely with the Program Director, Regional Directors, site leaders, schools, families, and community partners to align programming, volunteer support, and community services with organizational priorities, ELO-P expectations, and operational needs.
