For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience architecting, optimizing, and securing mission-critical IT infrastructure, including advanced Windows or Linux server administration; OR experience overseeing enterprise ticketing systems and incident management lifecycles to ensure continuous service availability; OR experience with account and access management governance, such as troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues across multiple enterprise services.
