Process Improvement, AI, and Automation : Develop, test, and implement automation for assigned PPM and reporting workflows using approved AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and increase reporting accuracy and efficiency. This role maintains accurate portfolio data, develops dashboards and leadership reporting, coordinates intake and governance activities, and monitors risks, dependencies, resource demand, and cross-project collisions.
