Lead integrated brand and campaign initiatives that strengthens Travelers'' brand equity and drive customer acquisition and retention, overseeing creative strategy, messaging frameworks, and campaign execution across paid, earned, and owned channels in partnership with internal and external agency partners. Support the marketing strategy for a business area, aligning brand, distribution, and digital efforts with business goals and the five-year roadmap; partner with internal teams (i.e., product, underwriting, analytics, sales, etc.) to shape go-to-market plans and monitor competitive and consumer trends to continuously evolve positioning.
