This leader will oversee initiatives including organizational design, location and workforce strategy, shared services optimization, technology enablement, automation, artificial intelligence adoption, process excellence, governance, and change management to build a world-class Finance function. This role leads a centralized team of transformation experts charged with designing and executing enterprise-wide finance initiatives that improve operating effectiveness, organizational scalability, processes, systems, data, and ways of working.
