Responsibilities:Load proper tooling into press brake by entering instructions, setting tool registers, calculating requirements including basic math, geometry and trigonometryVerifies setting by measuring positionMaintains specifications by observing machine operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; and adjusting and reprogramming controls, sharpening and replacing worn tools, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processesMust be familiar and able to set up and operate other sheet metal forming equipment as job requirements demandEnsuring you adhere to all ASGCO policies and proceduresFollowing and accountable for Safety policy and proceduresWhen necessary, provide training on all aspects of the press brakeMaintains shop, equipment, tools, vehicle, etc. for the purpose of ensuring the availability and functioning of required itemsCoordinates with administration and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
