You’ll own five things: inventory accuracy, labor managed to volume, processes that make best practice the default, frontline leadership that builds trust and accountability, and WMS discipline as we complete our move to ShipHero. Reporting to our SVP of Operations, you will run daily warehouse operations across inbound, inventory control, B2B, and B2C, making sure work is planned, staffed, and finished on time, and that the system matches the shelf.
