He/she is authorized to speak for the Hospital/Health System and the Facilities Design & Construction Department when dealing with the Departmental Client(s), Contractor(s), A/E Team(s), etc. in matters concerning the interpretation of the project scope, contract documents, etc. and is directly responsible for the successful execution of the project., A minimum of five (5) years' experience on hospitals or other building projects with progressive responsibility in the employ of a general contractor of construction manager or as construction administrator with an architectural or engineering firm or a combination of the above.
