Assist in development and management of Capital Improvement Projects, participate in the development and review of professional engineering services and activities for a variety of complex facets of engineering including traffic engineering, transportation and infrastructure related capital improvements, drainage collection, and construction management of utilities, roads, and City owned facilities. Assist with project management activities, including preparing or reviewing preliminary and final designs and specifications, developing requests for proposals and scopes of work, cost estimates, change orders, work plans, budgets, schedules, and baseline requirements, and contract negotiations and management.
