Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Trainer partners with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, Human Resources, and experienced subject matter experts to translate approved work instructions, engineering drawings, process documentation, quality requirements, and safe work practices into effective training. The Manufacturing Trainer must be able to teach and evaluate the knowledge and practical skills defined for Utility Worker I-III, SAW Operator I-III, Machinist Trainee, Machinist I-III, Lead Machinist, and Lead Support roles, within the trainer's approved areas of qualification.
