The Engineering Event & Special Projects Coordinator works closely with internal teams, venues, contractors and vendors to coordinate event infrastructure, electrical requirements, temporary installations, lighting, equipment, logistics and onsite technical support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key technical liaison between Facilities Management and the Events team, while collaborating closely with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Store Planning, IT, Loss Prevention, Logistics and external production partners.
