Secures and assists with vendors and contracts for all departmental systems and operations, including but not limited to fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguishers, elevators, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, generator, kitchen hoods, snow removal, landscaping, trash removal, etc. Supports, cooperates with, and implements specific procedures and programs for: o Safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management, and security.
