Providing legal advice and representation to healthcare providers in matters related to medical malpractice, healthcare law, and regulatory compliance. 2. Conducting thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and to stay updated on current laws and regulations. 3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. 4. Advising clients on risk management and best practices to avoid potential legal issues. 5. Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in legal proceedings. 6. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to strategize and work on complex legal issues. 7. Maintaining client relationships and developing new client relationships. 8. Providing training and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior Healthcare Attorney position will have the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of five years of experience as a practicing attorney, with significant experience in healthcare law and medical malpractice. 3. Admission to the state bar. 4. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 5. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 6. Ability to handle a large workload and juggle multiple priorities. 7.
