The highest physical demands of this position are incurred while transferring client requiring maximal assist of one or more persons, for example, side lying to sitting, sitting to standing, and lifting from chair, commode, toilet, or bed. Manages extended hours patient care activities including scheduling nursing visits, assigning work, coordinating report, participation in patient conferences, and documentation review as necessary.
