Fall 2026/Winter 2027 Full-Time Internship - Mountain View, CA September 7, 2026 - March 19, 2027WHAT AWAITS YOU. <ul><li>Independently handle assigned projects.</li><li>Perform a variety of administrative tasks.</li><li>Create and deliver management presentations on BMW Technology Office topics.</li><li>Support HR-related topics, including managing all interns at the Tech Office.</li><li>Assist with onboarding full-time employees.</li><li>Support fleet management activities.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers on project-related purchasing tasks to gain insights into Tech Office projects including SAP exposure. </li></ul>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. <ul><li>Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.</li><li>US Work Authorization required.</li><li>Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).</li><li>Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.</li><li>Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).</li><li>Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.</li><li>Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only).</li></ul> WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. <ul><li>Field of Study: Business and/or Industrial Engineering - concentration on business.</li><li>Business fluent English.</li></ul>WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO. <ul><li>Medical insurance coverage.</li><li>Paid time off in addition to company paid holidays where eligible.</li><li>Hybrid work environment.</li><li>Access to the Intern Vehicle Lease Program.</li></ul> Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
