5 L Develops and implements operational policies, procedures, safety plans, and security protocols and coordinates with security personnel, law enforcement, fire/EMS, maintenance, and other departments to ensure safe and efficient event operations; responds to emergencies and other significant operational issues using sound judgment. 4 L Works closely with event organizers, promoters, clients, vendors, contractors, City departments, and other stakeholders to coordinate event requirements, resolve operational issues, and ensure a positive experience for event organizers, attendees, facility users, and the community.
