Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician, clinical, and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding Coordinate and maintain job postings across multiple platforms Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentation Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures Support employee relations, performance management, and general HR inquiries Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR functions as needed Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related communications Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee informationQualifications 2–3+ years of HR Generalist and/or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a physician practice environment Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws preferredPreferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for healthcare or medical office positions Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredIf you are an HR professional with a passion for recruiting and supporting healthcare teams, we encourage you to apply.#zr-pro#kc-li1 The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while leading recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical positions.
