The person will learn the workflow of each of the five divisions in Radiology, develop in-depth knowledge of each division, make quality improvement suggestions based on gaps or barriers that you observe in present workflows, have a passion for process improvement, build a culture of growth in the department, provide learning and development for the admin team, have flexibility to jump in on departmental projects as needed, project management skills are a plus, and providing coverage when needed; ability to jump into any of the admin roles due to deep understanding developed. Candidates need to have good critical thinking skills, the ability to handle multiple projects at once, able to use, experience and ability to use Office 365 suite, Excel, PowerPoint, MicroSoft Teams, OneNote, Task Management Systems (Trello, Asana, etc.), CV Management Experience, experience running meetings on virtual platforms.
