Address and resolve inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions, Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Must possess strong client service and problem solving skills, ability to independently manage portfolio of transactions, negotiate and onboard new business, acts as primary contact for existing client relationships, assist sales with new business initiatives and participate in client meetings and special projects.
