This process includes, but is not limited to, creating new hire profiles in ATS and HR system, conducting new hire onboarding meetings in person or virtual, completion of employment authorization for new hires, review of pre-hire drug screen and physical results of new hires, review of background investigations, loading license and certifications in HR system, managing orientation rosters, and validating new hires are in compliance prior to their scheduled start date. This individual works in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Consultants to ensure new hire is set up for success on their first day at Parkview.
