MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Requires an associate degree in criminal justice or a human services field; or graduation from high school and two years of experience with juveniles in a structured environment or related field supplemented by two (2) years of experience in counseling, detention services or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
