The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership skills, experience serving children and families with complex behavioral health needs, and knowledge of Virginia’s Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) and Children’s Services Act (CSA) requirements. The Clinical Manager will collaborate with youth, families, Intensive Care Coordinators, Community Services Boards (CSBs), schools, CSA/FAPT teams, and other community partners to improve service coordination and outcomes.
