In the climate of #MeToo, women’s equality—especially in the workplace—is undoubtedly top-of-mind for many female job seekers. And many of the best companies are not only starting to take notice; they’re also taking action. Forbes, in partnership with market research company Statista, identified and ranked America’s best companies for women, and you can search for their open jobs on Monster right now.
To compile the list, 75,000 Americans, including 45,000 women, working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees, were surveyed and asked to rate their employers on criteria, including working conditions, diversity, likelihood they’d recommend their company to others, parental leave, discrimination, and pay equity.
