ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative insurance producer for Amy Grantham's State Farm office in Brush Colorado, you are the primary point of contact for walk-in, call-in, and online customers. Your role in our office includes greeting customers with a warm and friendly presence, servicing accounts with modern technology, resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and producing insurance. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You contribute to the success of our agency with team collaborations to develop creative marketing tactics and innovative customer channels. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services and providing remarkable customer service.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inbound & Outbound Telephone & Email Activity
• In person customer service interactions and added business sales
• Provide prompt, confident, accurate, and friendly customer service. Customer Service includes but is not limited to, responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Strong Creativity & Problem Solving Skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel Software recommended but not required.
• Able to work both, independently & with a team
• Experience in sales recommended but not required (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
• Experience in managing customer relationships recommended but not required.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Property & Casualty license required.
