Remedy Staffing is hiring for a Senior Accounting Specialist with a 3PL warehouse on the Northside of Jacksonville!
We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, AR/AP, reconciliations, and cash monitoring.
Pay: $24-$36/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Support AR/AP and daily accounting activities
Complete month-end close and financial reporting
Perform bank reconciliations and cash monitoring
Assist with budgets, forecasts, audits, and compliance
Review financial data and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
4–7 years of accounting experience preferred
Strong Excel and accounting software skills
Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
CargoWise One or Magaya experience is a plus
Logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain accounting experience preferred
