Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: In office at our Sherman Oaks CA location
Full-time, temporary, with potential for regular employment: 40 hours/Week Wage: $20/HR
Hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday*
Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the organization's cash flow through timely invoicing. This is a temporary position that may lead to regular employment, depending on business needs and performance.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive, post, and reconcile customer payments
Apply payments to customer accounts accurately
Process checks, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card transactions and other forms of payments
Assist with month-end and mid-month reports
*if month end falls on weekend, may require 4-5 hours on weekend
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Support continuous improvement efforts within accounting processes
