Job Summary St. Frances Cabrini Academy is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our vibrant Catholic school. The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact in the school office, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflow, and a warm, professional presence for all who enter the building. This position supports administrative processes, manages records, assists with scheduling, and provides essential operational support to the principal and faculty.
High school diploma required; associate degree or administrative training preferred. Prior experience in an office or school setting strongly valued. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with computers, office software, and basic data entry.
