Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Administrative Support Specialist - Part time" based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $37/hr on W2

20 hours per week, depending on business needs
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST

We are seeking a high-ownership Administrative Operations Specialist to support the Global Customer Success (GCS) ML SBX team. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving cross-functional coordination, managing documentation and meetings, and delivering data-driven insights to track team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinatewith global stakeholders to track action items and ensure projectmilestones are met.
  • Managecomplex calendars, meetings, and documentation, including agendas andactionable minutes.
  • Supportinternal communications and marketing content (e.g., newsletters,updates).
  • Analyzedata to identify trends, maintain dashboards, and track KPIs.
  • Preparereports and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Facilitateteam meetings and events to enhance collaboration and communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor'sdegree required with 5+ years of experience in administrative, operations,or project support roles.
  • Strongskills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) or data visualization tools(Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experiencewith project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Trello) and O365/SharePoint.
  • Excellentcommunication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highlevel of accountability, analytical thinking, and ability to work in afast-paced global environment.
