This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about building strong teams, supporting employees, and creating a positive workplace culture.The Human Resources Generalist supports all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.Reporting to the VP of Human Resources and partnering closely with leadership, this role helps strengthen organizational culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and drive the success of the organization's people and HR initiatives.What You'll DoLead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talentFoster a positive workplace culture by supporting employee relations, resolving concerns, and managing disciplinary actions and grievancesCoordinate employee training, professional development, performance reviews, feedback, goal setting, and career growth initiativesOversee payroll, employee benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive and accurate HR practicesEnsure compliance with training initiatives, employment laws, HR policies, required training, and maintain accurate employee records and documentationKeep up to date with changes in labor laws and make necessary adjustments to policies and proceduresPartner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, HR strategy, and process improvements through HR metrics and reportingWhat We Are Looking ForQualifications3+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skillsExperience with HRIS, payroll systems, HR software tools and Microsoft OfficeAbility to maintain confidentialityBilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhat You Can ExpectOffice-based position with occasional travel as neededIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact on employees and organizational success, we'd love to connect with you.
