Business Developer - Specialty Concrete

A growing commercial concrete contractor in Fort Worth is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager with strong concrete knowledge and established relationships throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This is a key growth position for someone who understands the construction process, knows how to build lasting industry relationships and can identify opportunities that align with the company’s capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout DFW
• Build relationships with general contractors, developers, owners and industry partners
• Identify upcoming commercial concrete projects and decision-makers
• Maintain and grow an active pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction and operations teams
• Assist with proposals, presentations and client meetings
• Track market activity, project leads and competitive trends
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
• Support long-term client relationships from initial introduction through project award

Qualifications

• Established relationships within the DFW construction market
• Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction
• Proven business development, sales or relationship-management experience
• Understanding of estimating, project delivery and the construction lifecycle
• Preconstruction experience is a significant plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable developing new relationships
• Ability to work closely with estimating and operations leadership
