Business Development Representative

Position Title: Business Development Representative

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 DOE + commission (OTE $90,000-$110,000)

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in fueling revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and partnering closely with Account Executives to develop strategic outreach campaigns. Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives through strategic outreach
• Research target accounts and personalize messaging for high-value prospects
• Support two Account Executives with account planning and prospect engagement
• Collaborate on creative outreach strategies, including personalized gifts and campaigns
• Manage and prioritize a defined list of target accounts within Salesforce CRM
• Develop relationships with enterprise-level prospects in the home services industry

Requirements

• 1+ years of Business Development Representative, SDR, or appointment-setting experience
• Experience conducting outbound prospecting through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay accountable to goals
• Comfortable researching prospects and tailoring messaging
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
